Pamela Hofer has successfully represented
Social Security Disability and SSI clients
of all ages throughout the United States
since 1986. With over 20 years of legal
experience she is well versed in all aspects
of the Social Security Disability law.
Miss Hofer averages 10 to 20
hearings a month. The experience she has
acquired in working with several different
Social Security Offices and Judges has
provided her with a most unique
understanding of what makes the difference
between winning and losing a disability
case.
Miss Hofer attended Fox
Valley College, Clark State College and is a 1986
graduate of Morehead State University. She
received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a
major in Paralegal studies. After
graduation, Miss Hofer completed an
internship with Northeast Kentucky Legal
Services preparing Social Security
Disability cases for hearings before
Administrative Law Judges. Before starting
her own company in 1992, Miss Hofer worked
for a private attorney as a Paralegal
working on Social Security disability cases.
She is currently an active
member of the National Organization of
Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR)
and the National Association of Disability
Representatives (NADR).
Pamela lives in Kentucky.
She enjoys many activities including
spending time with her family & friends and
attending horse shows. She is also an active
member of the Rocky Mountain Horse
Association and the Kentucky Mountain Horse
Association.
